Heming Services - Cooling & Heating Ltd are proud to have completed a brand new Freezer Holding Room and Cold Room Installation project for the prestigious 19th century Dumbleton Hall Hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Dumbleton Hall Hotel is a traditional 19th century Manor House set in 19 acres of private gardens and woodland with a private lake. The hotel has stunning views of the Vale of Evesham and across to the Cotswolds.

Being a popular wedding venue and also offering outstanding catering via it’s Cedar Tree Restaurant and more informal Olive Lounge, means that the food refrigeration units and cold rooms are in constant use.

Dumbleton Hall were looking to update their current refrigeration systems with a completely new Freezer Holding Room and Cold-Room installation, this meant partnering and working collaboratively with Polysec to provide the best quality units coupled with Heming Services' excellent installation service.
 

The first phase of the project was to clear the old refrigeration units safely and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the normal working of the hotel kitchens.

Next, the Engineers met to agree the project details and fully understand the operating of the systems for ongoing maintenance. Polysec then completed the Freezer Holding Room and Cold Room installation including complete new shelving units both internal and external.
 

Finally, the Heming - Cooling & Heating Engineer commissioned the units to ensure that all the electrical components and controls met with the clients requirements.
